On the Drawing Board: forging ahead.

I've got the gist of the figure down, plenty more to do on him, not to mention all the background work.  

I'm predicting the the background will go quickly, it's mostly sky, an interesting sky I hope but it's a lot less intricate than doing a forest or an interior backdrop or city buildings etc. 

I'm really pleased with the face and expression of the figure now...so for me, I can forge ahead with more confidence.
