“While it’s a big beautiful world full of adventure, there are times, be it a snowstorm, pandemic, or just stress when the best thing to do is hunker down. There is a therapeutic comfort in shuttering in place with loved ones, or a list of movies, or books, or games and of course comfort food.”
Truth be told, I’ve always felt I’m just two steps away from being a hermit. ‘Hunkered down’ is my baseline. So I do feel fortunate this past year, that I have a very high threshold before I get close to going stir crazy.
