“There are a lot of ways to work up a sweat. But spending time in a sauna is one of the few that allows you to do so while relaxing. Not that there aren’t more physical activities one can do in a sauna to speed the process along.”
I often use contrasting colors to set my subjects apart from their settings. But lately I have been using a more monotonal palette, similar colors in both the subject and the background, and relying on light and dark highlights for contrast. This can be seen in works like Tight End, Sunday Paper, and now Sweat.
